Yes, you will receive the same product as shown in the picture.
You can either pay by cash, credit/debit card or cheque.
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
If a customer has a problem with their order or change of mind about a purchase, the buyer should get in touch with us and ask for help within 2 business days of purchase. Once the buyer tells us there’s a problem, we’ll solve it within 3 business days.
If in case of missing package meanwhile shipping we are liable but sometimes the package does not deliver due to wrong/ missing address or unavailability of the receiver in that case we are not responsible.
If an item has gone missing and hasn’t arrived, we’ll provide additional/more detailed tracking details, or offer a replacement or refund.
In order to be eligible for a refund, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
Most purchases can be returned against defection in transit for up to 30 days from the date of purchase, depending on the condition of its return.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Return is not acceptable in any way if remove or lost Return Label pasted on package.
