Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
If a customer has a problem with their order or change of mind about a purchase, the buyer should get in touch with us and ask for help within 2 business days of purchase. Once the buyer tells us there’s a problem, we’ll solve it within 3 business days.
If in case of missing package meanwhile shipping we are liable but sometimes the package is not delivered due to the wrong/ missing address or unavailability of the receiver in that case we are not responsible.
If an item has gone missing and hasn’t arrived, we’ll provide additional/more detailed tracking details, or offer a replacement or refund.
In order to be eligible for a refund, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
